Pre-register your credit card: by checking the box to save your credit card for use at the auction, you will help to reduce wait time at the checkout line.

Paying by check: If you prefer to pay by check, please register using the discount code CHECK. Your ticket will go onto your account to be paid the night of the auction. 

Buying a Table: If you are purchasing a table, but don't have all of your guests' information that's okay! We will send you an RSVP page for you to email to your guests to collect their name, number, etc. If some of your guests can't use a computer, you can just list their name when purchasing, or leave it blank for now, or email Stacey Fisher  (sfa.royschool23@gmail.com) to have them added to your table at a later date. 

If you purchase a table for 10, your table will include a bottle of red and white wine.

APPETIZERS (4:30 - 6:00 pm)

• Spinach Artichoke Stromboli fresh semolina and herb dough stuffed with organic spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, roasted garlic, and four cheeses (V)
• Bacon Wrapped Dates medjool dates stuffed with goat cheese and toasted walnuts, wrapped in smoked bacon (GF)
• Smoked Salmon Pate house smoked local salmon blended with mascarpone and fresh herbs served on salted crackers (GF)

ENTREES (buffet, 6:30 - 7:15 pm)

• Roast Beef sirloin roast slow baked with a garlic and herb crust (GF)
• Lobster Carbonara langostino lobster tails and smoked bacon with sauteed vegetables and cavatappi pasta in a light tomato cream sauce
